PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Unless otherwise specified, all necklaces are 16", bracelets 7", and earrings are pierced. Most of our stones are Swarovski Austrian crystal. When specified, the stones are cubic zirconia. Gold and silver are produced via plating.

We do not accept checks nor do we ship COD.

PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION
We identify each item with a unique style number. Many of our products may be purchased in various sizes and colors. To select color or size for a particular product, use the pull-down menu boxes below the item’s picture. To see a color please refer to our color chart. Please keep in mind that the colors refer to the stones in the item, not the mounting.
AVAILABILITY
Pageant Jewelry stocks all merchandise advertised. Occasionally an exceptionally large order will deplete stock on a particular item. On the rare occasions that we are out of stock of the item ordered, we will contact you. If you wish, the item will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.
SALES TAX
Tennessee residents must add 9.25% sales tax.
SHIPPING
Unless otherwise noted in the item description, all items ship promptly within 24-48 hours of the first business day after the order is placed. We ship by UPS Ground unless you specify otherwise. The cost is for standard UPS shipping, which begins at $6.00. In most cases your orders will not exceed $6.00 shipping.
For shipments outside of the US, your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. International orders are generally shipped via the United States Postal Service. For shipping options other than those listed when checking out or for shipping to areas in addition to Canada or Europe, please contact us at info@pageantjewelry.com.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with any item you have purchased from Party Time Jewelry, you may return it to us within ten (10) days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We do not refund the initial shipping charges and you are responsible for all return shipping. We cannot accept any merchandise that has been used or altered from its original state.
To initiate a return, contact us by email at returns@pageantjewelry.com. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and supply you with a shipping address. You must clearly mark your RMA number on packages you return; we cannot accept your shipment without it.
